Office of the Education Ombudsman

OEO is a statewide agency that functions independently from the public school system. Services are free, confidential and available to families and students from Kindergarten to 12th grade.

Resolve your K-12 education problems with a mediator

Are you concerned about problems with your children’s school?  The Office of the Education Ombudsman is a free and confidential service that helps parents and schools resolve problems that that affect the learning environment and academic progress of K-12 students.  Call us at 1-866-297-2597 between 8 am and 1 pm for a consultation with a mediator.  We speak Spanish.
