NEW HEALTH WORKFORCE REPORT HIGHLIGHTS PANDEMIC RECRUITMENT, RETENTION CHALLENGES

A new report from the Health Workforce Council highlights the unique challenges of recruiting and retaining crucial healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The council is staffed by the Workforce Board and issues an annual report to the Legislature on healthcare workforce strategies and policies that lead to sustainable, systemic solutions.
