There’s a lot at stake for businesses as they develop new methods and tactics to keep employees and customers safe.

The Department of Health hosted a micro-summit to discuss the evolving workplace. The event featured business leaders from the Seattle Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Building Industry Association of Washington, Washington Department of Labor & Industries, Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Amazon, Washington State Department of Commerce and Alaska Airlines.

If you own a business or are involved in employer back-to-work plans, you may be thinking about how to conduct business in the future. Check out the webinar recording to learn the top tips for office transitions from Washington state business experts.

As you watch, keep in mind that this webinar was recorded on April 29, 2021. Some of the information may be outdated following the new CDC guidance about fully vaccinated individuals and masks. We encourage you to visit here for the latest information.

Helping your employees understand the virus and the pandemic is critical. There are many resources to guide you, including the Department of Labor & Industries’ COVID-19 Safety Resources guide.
