We Care About Your Privacy By taking this survey, you agree to let the University of Washington use your answers for their research. We won’t collect your name unless you want us to contact you. Your name is not required, so if you don’t tell us who you are, you can still take the survey. Sometimes, we might have to share information if someone makes a legal request (called a Public Records Act request).
