KPHD VACCINE CLINICS

Poulsbo drive-through, Tuesday, June 22

  • Location: Olympic College Poulsbo, 1000 NW Olympic College Way

  • Book an appointment

  • Drive-up hours (no appointment needed): 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

  • Vaccine available:

    • Moderna (two-dose series). Must be 18 or older.

Sylvan Way Library, Tuesday, June 22

  • Location: Kitsap Regional Library, 1301 Sylvan Way

  • Walk-up hours: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (this clinic is walk-up only; no appointment needed)

  • Vaccine available:

    • Pfizer (two-dose series) Must be 12 or older. Minors younger than 18 must have consent from a parent or guardian (consent form). Children younger than 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Silverdale Library, Wednesday, June 23
